Chicken Salad For Dummies Courtesy of: Unnur -One precooked chicken (leftovers would work well) -One Salad Head/Lettuce -One cucumber -As many tomatoes as you wish to add -Dressing of choice Take the chicken and shred into small peices. Then take cucumber and lettuce and wash well. Make sure that the water is shaken off. Take cucumber and chop into blocks (Slicing into thin round peices would work also) Take tomato, and chop up, making sure to squeeze out the seeds. Take lettuce and tear leaves into smaller peices appropriate for salad. Feel free to improvise and add or leave out any vegetables. Mix all the vegetables together. Top with salad dressing of choice, and ENJOY! Unnur's Delicious Pasta Salad Concoction Courtesy of: Unnur This recipe is very general. You can add or omit certain items. It is really based on your personal preferences, and what you enjoy. Experiment and have fun with it. -1 pack of cooked ham -1 pack of cooked bacon -1 clove garlic (or more, depending on preference) - Chopped Mushrooms -Whole Cream (can add as much or as little as you want) -Shredded Blue Cheese and Cheddar Cheese -Approx. 2 cups cooked pasta Place ham, bacon, and mushrooms in pan; Sautee lightly until warm, and then pour in whole cream to the sauteed meat and mushrooms. Place lid on pan and let mixture simmer until it thickens into a sauce. (Be sure to stir every once in a while so sauce does not burn) After sauce thickens, toss in cooked pasta and shredded cheeses.
